Once again, Adams, Cameron & Co. is the largest producer according to the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors. The numbers are all in for 2010 and the results are as clear as ever. For the full year, the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) reports that Adams, Cameron & Co. closed over $118 Million in sales volume from the Daytona Area MLS alone. These transactions were completed through 693 transaction sides (representation of either a buyer or a seller). Ultimately, it is the fantastic agents and the support of buyers and sellers that has allowed Adams, Cameron & Co. to maintain this dominant position in the marketplace year after year.
It is important to note that Adams, Cameron & Co. is a member of four separate Multiple Listing Services:
- Daytona Beach Area MLS
- Flagler County MLS
- New Smyrna Beach Area MLS
- MyFlorida MLS
These statistics only represent sales marketed through the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors. If all four systems were included the results would be markedly improved in favor of the area’s largest real estate company.
