The National Association of Realtors had a survey conducted through Harris Interactive that shows that both homeowners and renters agree that it makes more sense to own a home. A summary of the results shows that 95% of homeowners and 72% of renters agree that owning a home makes more sense. The survey goes on to show that three quarters of homeowners feel that now is a good time to buy a home.
