We’d like to take just one update to deviate from other real estate information today and welcome Helen Cauthen, the new CEO of Team Volusia. Team Volusia is a public/private partnership focused on economic development for Volusia County. Helen comes to us from North Carolina and has extensive experience in recruiting and retaining businesses. She has several plans and is ready to take it to the next level. We certainly wish her the best.
