Team AC, Kim Augustine & Jan Collins ended January with three closing’s, with two more closings coming up in February. They also have a commercial contract in the works and a short sale. Jan & Kim picked up three new prospects on floor Wednesday and are showing them property this weekend. Go Team!!

Dawn Moraites had a walk-in customer this week that wanted to list multiple properties. Dawn has listed three of them with more to come. Great job, Dawn!

Clarence Cloak closed on one of his Ormond Heritage listings this week. Clarence had been working on this listing for a very long time and the Seller had offered a substantial bonus to try and get it sold.  The selling agent was thrilled that she was paid the bonus in full at closing just as listed in MLS. Way to go Clarence.

Ann Lambert placed an outbound referral through our Leading RE Network for friends of hers that were trying to get their property in Gainesville sold.  This property had been listed with another Broker for 15 months with no contracts being received.  Our Leading RE partner listed the property on November 14, placed it under contract on December 15 and the closing took place on January 28th for $285,000.  Ann has already received a thank you note from the sellers who stated that they were very pleased with Ann’s experience and assistance in getting their property sold.  Great job, Ann.  This is a great way to make a little extra money and take great care of some friends in the process.
