Adams, Cameron & Co. is pleased to announce the addition of over 150 years of experience to its team in the last few months. Experienced real estate agents including Dick McNerney, Arnie Drago, ReRe Anderson, Mike Reed, Dulce Monahan, Stan Jansen, Tressa Smith, Jane Youd, Ann Lambert, David Heald, Carol Cashman, and Carole Palmer, have all been added to the sales staff of Adams Cameron & Co.
Dick McNerney is a Florida licensed real estate agent specializing in commercial/industrial marketing. He is a native of Volusia County and has over 33 years of local real estate experience. Dick has served on the board of the Business Development Partnership, Volusia County Business Development Corporation and the Ponce Inlet Port Authority.
McNerney has handled numerous industrial transactions such as Gambro Renal Care, Ocean Design Inc., Radon Corporation and Peadmont Plastics. Dick McNerney joined Adams Cameron as he “felt it was in the best interest of his clients to be associated with the largest Real Estate firm in Volusia County”.
Over the years Dick has handled over 2 million square feet of commercial/industrial property in East Volusia County. Dick joined the Commercial/Industrial Division of Adams, Cameron & Co. in December of 2010.
Arnie Drago grew up in New York City. After graduating from Syracuse University, where he earned a BS degree in Business, he managed his family’s chain of over fifty Drago Stores. Arnie relocated to the Daytona Beach area in 1980 and has more than 25 years of real estate experience helping buyers and sellers in this area. His closed sales over this period of time exceeds $250 million, with $100 million in Harbor Village, Ponce Inlet. He joined the office located at 600 S. Atlantic Av., Daytona Beach in December, 2010.
ReRe Anderson is a second generation local REALTOR and says that “this has been an attribute to my success.” She continues, “having grown up by the sea in the Daytona Beach area has made me knowledgeable of all local information and lore.”
She is an experienced agent with many years of working with buyers and sellers in this area. Always a top producer, ReRe closed 55 transactions in 1 year with over $10 million in sales volume.
A former Commodore of the Halifax Sailing Association, ReRe and her family still donate their time there assisting others to learn how to sail. ReRe joins the 1100 Dunlawton office in Port Orange.
Dulce Monahan joined the sales staff at 759 W. Granada, Ormond Beach. Dulce has called Volusia County home for over 30 years. She brings many years of real estate experience and success to Adams, Cameron & Co. Dulce has earned several designations including: CRS, Certified Residential Specialist, SFR, Short Sale Foreclosure Resource, CDPE, Certified Distress Property Expert.
Mike Reed has returned to Adams, Cameron & Co. and joins the team at 600 S. Atlantic Ave. in Daytona Beach. Mike has been working in real estate since 1977. His experience includes real estate in Connecticut, North Carolina and Florida. His background includes experience as a very successful REALTOR, certified real estate course trainer, and managing investment properties. Mike Reed is quoted as saying, “once again, I am back with the leader, Adams, Cameron & Co. I am looking forward to the challenges ahead.”
Stan Janzen recently joined Adams, Cameron & Co. in the 759 W. Granada office as a Broker Associate after 15 years as a general contractor in Volusia County. Licensed as a real estate broker since 1998, he was most recently the broker of Select Realty Services Inc. and owner of Woodmark Construction. Stan was 2008 President of the Volusia Home Building Association, now VBIA, served on the Board of Directors there from 2001 to 2009, and has been a DBAAR member since 2008. He is teaming with Diana Janzen to serve clients in Ormond Beach and the Halifax area. Stan has extensive experience in residential construction and renovation, and was project manager at Foley & Associates until 1995.
Carol Cashman has joined the sales staff at the office at 600 S. Atlantic Ave. in Daytona Beach. She has over 20 years of real estate experience in New York City and Connecticut and most recently in Savannah, GA. Ms. Cashman also is a certified real estate Appraiser.
After vacationing in the Daytona Beach area for many years, she moved here in 2010. “When I researched opportunities among local REALTORS, I identified Adams, Cameron & Co as the stand out.” Ms Cashman stated that Adams, Cameron & Co. “are highly visible in the regional market and highly regarded.”
Ann Lambert, a long time resident of Ormond Beach, is working in the company’s 54 S. Atlantic Avenue office. Ms. Lambert’s real estate career began in 1978 as a Sales Associate and in 1983 she obtained her Broker’s License. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
Ann is a member of The Halifax River Yacht Club, Ormond Memorial Art Museum, American Massage Therapy Association, United States Trager Association and co-founder of Women For World Peace in the Greater Daytona Beach area.
David Heald, a former funeral director for 33 years in Maine has joined Adams, Cameron & Co. and is a team member at the 600 S. Atlantic Avenue, Daytona Beach office. Mr. Heald obtained his Florida real estate license in 2006 and formerly worked with Tyler Property Management.
Carole Palmer, a former sales associate with Coldwell Banker All Stars has joined the sales staff in the Adams, Cameron & Co. Ponce Inlet Office at 4600 S. Atlantic Avenue. Carole visited Daytona Beach in 1970 on vacation and never returned to New York State. She has been licensed as a Broker Associate for 29 years in Florida. Her background includes on site sales for the Oceans Condominiums, Daytona Beach Shores, ITT Palm Coast and Harbour Village, Ponce Inlet.
Jane Gentile-Youd brings over 30 years of real estate service to bear for her buyers and sellers. After a career in South Florida, she has been practicing in the Flagler-Volusia market for the past eight years. She boasts a Broker-Associate designation and in conversant in Spanish.
Tressa Smith, a REALTOR since 1981 joins the team at 1100 Dunlawton Boulevard, Port Orange. Ms. Smith has earned the prestigious designation of Graduate of Real Estate Institute, GRI and also graduated from Floyd Wickman Sweathogs class.
