The News Journal Ad is really paying off! Ann Lambert reports that she had about forty people at her Open House at her Nautilus condo in Flagler Beach as the result of her NJ ad. Jeff Sneed also said that he had very good traffic at his open house. Debbie Weller received several calls on her “Fixer Upper” listing located at 1036 Shockney, OB. Mike Reed reports that he received three calls direct to him from his News Journal ad last Sunday, he also picked up a good prospect and a showing on his listing that was featured. “This was $32.00 well spent” according to Mike. Tim Sykes received three good leads from Sunday’s News Journal ad. Richard Luce also received a call on one of his NJ ads and that call resulted in a showing.
ReRe Anderson has five contracts and two listings this month.

Eric Zimmerman, with two contracts, one of which is double sided. Eric also got two listings this week.
Donna Dastic has a contract on the large, historic home on Pennsylvania Ave in DeLand. Great work Donna!
Herb Lumbert had two closings this week on his bank owned properties.
Elly Hart has two new listings coming in and a new contract headed out. She also picked up a buyer from floor over the weekend.
Last week, Martha Meyers sent out a postcard from Xpressdocs to her long list of previous buyers and sellers. Martha let her customers know that 2011 is her 37th year in real estate locally and that she still is an active REALTOR. This week, Martha received her first call from this mailing and has an appointment to list a property in Hunter’s Ridge. Martha expressed appreciation to Alisha for helping her get her list together in an Excel worksheet. Great job Martha and thanks Alisha.
Elaine Soriano, Kim Augustine, & Jan Collins showed great team work. After submitting their contract twice, they will finally close next week on Elaine’s short sale listing that they have been working on since November.
The Ormond Manland Office is currently taking book donations (up to age 5) to go towards the new library at Ormond’s newest preschool, Bright Beginnings!
