Dulce Monahan is starting off the month of March with a bilateral contract for $566,000.

Clarence Cloak placed his beautiful oceanfront listing that he recently re-listed, under contract this week.  It was just a few weeks ago that we saw this home on caravan.  Way to go Clarence.

Diana Janzen after many tries, will be closing two short sales this month. Diana also has some more good news to share….Diana will be helping Vanacore Homes move into their new Model in Creekside in Ormond Beach, just in time for the Parade of Homes starting March 19th.

Kevin Yarina already had three closings this month.

Rich Emerson has two closings scheduled for this week and is waiting for a third.

Cindy Marriott received an outstanding thank you letter recently. Cindy’s Sellers couldn’t have been happier with her, and praised Cindy for her outstanding efforts to sell their condo.

Wayne Gordin had a closing last week, has another scheduled and wrote two contracts.

Martha Meyers closed on her 4 Whispering Pines Trail listing this week after several delays. Great job, Martha!

Nancy Cortez double dipped two of her listings in the last ten days.  Super job, Nancy!

Debbie Callahan reports that the Condo-Tel market is really picking up. She has been working this week on three sales contracts for Condo-Tels.

Judy Spencer and Jacquie Spudis both closed a transaction this past week with Christy Cagle at MetLife Home Loans, as the Loan Officer. Both girls report that the transactions went smoothly and to use Judy’s words, “It was a beautiful experience and Christy can’t be beat”. Jacquie also commented on how nice it is to work with Margie at Adams Cameron Title.  She is currently working with Margie on a Short Sale.

The Ormond Beachside Office reports $4,027,500 in contracts already for March! This office also reports three new listings as of March 4 totaling $3,329,899.  As we say in this office, “we are having a great month so far this week”.
