Erin Adams-Welch, a lifelong resident with extensive knowledge of our local community, has joined the sales staff at the 759 West Granada, Ormond Beach office. After graduating from local Seabreeze High School, Erin earned a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University in Family & Consumer Sciences. She then went on to earn both a second Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree in Communicative Disorders from University of Central Florida. Her community affiliations include: Junior League of Daytona Beach, Saint Brendan Catholic Church, Ormond Beach Soccer Club, Oceanside Country Club, American Cancer Society, and The Seminole Club of Volusia and Flagler Counties. Additionally, Erin is a member of Sigma Kappa Sorority, Daytona Beach Association of REALTORS, Florida Association of Realtors, and National Association of REALTORS. Her hobbies include travel, golf, running, college football, and enjoying time with her family and friends.
Debbie Walser joined Adams, Cameron & Co., REALTORS in 2010 after moving from Clearwater, Florida, where she was a multi-million dollar producer with Century21 Beggins Enterprise and Joanne Hiller & Associates of Island Estates. Debbie is working out of the 54 S. Atlantic, Ormond Beach office. Prior to beginning her real estate career, Debbie was self-employed for 20 years, owning two stores in a major regional mall in Clearwater. Debbie credits her business background as one of the reasons for her success in real estate, giving her excellent selling skills, accounting knowledge and a professional approach to clients. Debbie is a member of the Daytona Beach Area Association of REALTORS, the Florida Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS.

Joe has a 15 year background in construction and real estate development which provides him with the skills that will be useful when handling real estate transactions. Shortly after graduating from Boston University in 1995 with a Masters degree in Science Management, Joe and his wife moved to this area and settled in Ormond Beach in 2002. In the earlier part of his life Joe lived in six different countries and consequently, other than English, Joe also speaks French, Hebrew and Turkish fluently. Joe is a member of the Daytona Beach Area Association of REALTORS, the Florida Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS.
Adams, Cameron & Co., REALTORS is pleased to welcome Janet Dannehower to the 759 West Granada, Ormond Beach sales office. Janet moved to Ormond Beach almost 14 years ago and has found that the area has provided many opportunities for her family. Recently she has chosen real estate as a full time career. Ms. Dannehower is an Advisory Chair at the elementary, middle and high school level. She works closely with the Volusia County School Board including the Superintendent’s Citizen Committee which was formed to raise funds to bring back JV sports. She also was recently appointed to the Ormond Beach Quality of Life Committee. She is a member of the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors, Florida Association of REALTORS.
