Team A/C (Jan Collins and Kim Augustine) had a very busy week.  They picked up six new buyers from Floor Time this week and have one new listing and one new contract.

Kim Bell was on floor and couldn’t get out to show a property that she had toured about two weeks prior, so she set the appointment and referred it out to the listing agent. Kim Just got word that an offer was accepted! Kim said it was great to keep it in house and NOT lose the buyer!

Gary LaFond has two contracts this week, one with Tim Sykes and one with Bill Greene.

Debbie Weller has three contracts in the works.

Bill Marotte wrote his first contract since joining Adams, Cameron & Co. and has a new listing coming in.

Ruby Tavakoli with three contracts this week. One of which she double dipped!

Tressa Smith has her first contract since joining Adams, Cameron &Co.

Donna LaConte brought in four new listings this week.  All of which she got from knocking on doors that were FSBO’s !

Dennis Puckett has two closings, two new listings, and loads of buyers. He also picked up a buyer from floor on Friday afternoon and wrote a contract on Saturday.

Elly Hart had a buyer come in from floor and grabbed another through her sphere of influence.

Monika DePalo brought in two new listings this week!

Jane Gentile-Youd brought in a new listing!
