About every four months Adams, Cameron & Co. has an Open House Extravaganza with about 100 homes open in the Greater Daytona Beach Area. This past weekend the Florida Association of Realtors held its annual Open House event which was merged with Adams, Cameron & Co.’s regular schedule. As always, the company took over the front page of the newspaper to promote the houses. With almost 100 held open, it was impossible for anyone to see them all.

After each of these events the Realtors of Adams, Cameron & Co. get together to discuss the results. This weekend the results were spectacular. As buyers return to the market they are more interested than ever in what’s selling. With the wide variety of properties available at amazing prices it is no surprise that they are returning to the market.

As we turn the corner and pick up from the market’s fall now is the time for anyone interested in owning a home. We see investors returning to the market, people interested in moving up to a larger home, renters interested in home ownership, and second home buyers all coming into the market today to capitalize on the fantastic prices and the amazing mortgage rates.
