The first quarter of 2011 saw 214 sales of condominium units throughout the Greater Daytona Beach Area. The units were spread out among over 100 different condominium buildings in a variety of cities. Here we can break down sales in each building and city on a variety of different factors.

Incredibly the sale prices range from over $400,000 (Daytona Beach Shores) all the way to under $40,000 (Daytona Beach, Holly Hill, South Daytona). The differences are largely based on location, of course. We’ll separately examine the sales by city and water views.

These transaction counts show that there has been more activity in a few of the buildings. Harbour Village is a very large complex in Ponce Inlet and represents the most sales in a single complex. It is followed by Villagio on the Lakes in Port Orange which fared surprisingly well.
