Comparison of Condo Sales in Daytona Beach Area
The Daytona Beach Area saw continued sales of condominiums during the first quarter of 2011. Each city continued to see activity with the most transactions and the highest average prices occurring in Daytona Beach Shores. The Shores represent the highest concentration of high-rise condominium buildings in the Daytona Beach Area. Ponce Inlet also showed impressive sales prices.
All major areas continued to show marked sales strength as the economy continues to improve.
