Today’s Daytona Beach News-Journal included a front page article titled Home Sales up in March in Volusia, Flagler Counties. The data from the Florida Realtors shows that our local market has increased sales in both counties for single family homes and for condos. All of the data continues to point to a return to a normal growth pattern in our area. The number of transactions is on the rise while the prices are stabilizing and even beginning to rise. This is great news for home owners whether they are selling or not. As our market returns to normal, investors and potential home owners will continue to return to the market and drive demand (and prices up) further.
