Fran Hatcher recently joined Adams, Cameron & Co., REALTORS in the Deland office. Ms. Hatcher moved to Florida in 1995 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin Green Bay. She has been a resident of Volusia County since 2000 in Deltona and has been a substitute teacher for the County at all grade levels and in most of the schools. Ms. Hatcher earned her real estate license in 2005. She is a member of the West Volusia Board of REALTORS, the Florida Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS. In her leisure time she enjoys photography, remodeling her home, gardening, reading and spending time with her family. 

MARSena Boatright has joined the sales staff in the Ponce Inlet office at 4600 S. Atlantic Avenue. Ms. Boatright also has been a resident in Harbour Village in Ponce Inlet for the last six years. She was born in Atlanta, Georgia but spent most of her life in a small town called Alma, Georgia where she became an educator. From 1979 through 2008, MARSena served as a fifth grade, gifted, high school and English teacher prior to being promoted to an Administrator position at the high school and central office levels. Achievements also include earning the STAR Teacher award for 1988 & 1993. Ms. Boatright earned her Doctorate in Education from the University of Sarasota, Education Specialist Degree from Valdosta State University, Masters Degree in Education and Bachelors Degree in Education from Georgia Southern University.

Jack Ryan has joined the sales staff in the 4600 S. Atlantic, Ponce Inlet office. He has enjoyed a successful career over the last 35 years as a contractor, both building and remodeling homes, managing rental properties and personally purchasing and selling many homes in Maryland. In 1999 he was awarded the Maryland State Home Improvement Contractor of the Year Award. Several years ago he moved to Florida and settled in Ponce Inlet. His goal is to enjoy on a professional level his avocation of buying and selling real estate. Jack is Captain of the Volusia County Tennis Champion Men’s 3.5 team, past member of the Better business Bureau, Chamber of Commerce in Maryland and Maryland Improvement Contractors Association. He has also worked with United Way of Volusia County as a volunteer with the youth tennis league.

Dave Schofield recently joined Adams, Cameron & Co. REALTORS in the 4600 S. Atlantic, Ponce Inlet office. Mr. Schofield has been affiliated with Legg Mason Real Estate Services since 1992 and currently still holds the title of Senior Vice President/Senior Director for NorthMarq’s Orlando office. In addition to originating commercial real estate loans and securing equity investments for all types of income producing properties, other duties include institutional investor relations and analysis of market trends. He has over 30 years experience in commercial real estate, both as a lender and as a mortgage banker. He is a graduate of Stetson University where he received an MBA and a BA degree with a major in finance. He is a licensed real estate salesperson and licensed mortgage broker in Florida and is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. 

Bill Marotte also recently joined Adams, Cameron & Co., REALTORS in the 422 S. Woodland Boulevard, Deland office. Mr. Marotte was born in Lowell, MS and moved to Debary, Florida in 1985. He has been involved in automotive retail and real estate sales in the West Volusia County area for over 25 years as well as developing various subdivisions in the area. He is a member of the Deland Breakfast Rotary Club, a coach for West Volusia PA Basketball and Deland Senior League Baseball and Coach/Player, Deland Church League Softball. 

Jeff Kissinger is working with the sales staff in the 1100 Dunlawton, Port Orange Office. Jeff has over 15 years of experience in Central and East Florida in Interval Ownership, advertising and marketing. He is a member of the Daytona Beach Area Association of REALTORS, the Florida Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS.
