Volusia County has purchased foreclosed properties and has rehabed the properties. They are now being sold to first time buyers who may also qualify for Down payment assistance funds. The eligibility of amount is based on household income and number of individuals living in the household.

Anyone wishing to participate must register and attend the training program. The agenda and registration form is below.
