The Flagler County Multiple Listing Service primarily covers Palm Coast, Flagler Beach, and Bunnel. Also in in Flagler County are the Hammock Area, Painter’s Hill, Beverly Beach, and Marineland. As is always the case, the MLS also covers sales that occurred out of the area. The map below references all transactions closed within the MLS in the first quarter of 2011.
