The Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service reports a continued increase in sales during the first half of the year. Interestingly, traditional sales continue to outperform short sales and foreclosures. Despite news reports of spiking foreclosures, actual activity shows a small decrease in the number of foreclosures being sold while the number of sales continues to slowly increase.
