Real Estate Transactions in Daytona Beach Area through July 31, 2011

The Daytona Beach Area Multiple Listing Service which tracks all sales by Realtors in the Greater Daytona Beach Area has reported Adams, Cameron & Co. as the Leading Real Estate Brokerage each month for years. Each month we’ve presented a graph showing total sales. There was no change for year to date through July.

In an effort to look at the information in another way, this month we are also reviewing the total number of transactions closed by each brokerage as well. The results show a clear leader in the area.
