<p>Lauren grew up in Jacksonville and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Economics from Florida State University. She also has a Bachelor of Science in Social Science and a Minor in Business Administration. Her graduate course work was completed at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida.</p>
<p>In 2007, her husband accepted a position in Palm Beach Gardens and a whirlwind of moves began. Over the next five years, she moved seven times between Fort Lauderdale and the Treasure Coast. While in South Florida, she managed a home inspection business before moving on to a management position in a small bank. After all of the moves, Lauren and her husband relocated to Ormond Beach and have “found their forever home.”</p>
<p>Lauren earned her Florida Real Estate license and immediately completed the required course and state exam to obtain a Community Association Manager License. She is a member of the Daytona Beach Area Association of REALTORS, Florida REALTORS, and National Associations of REALTORS.</p>

<p>The West Volusia Area Association represents the western part of the County including DeLand, Deltona, Orange City, Eterprise, Osteen, and areas to the north such as Barberville, Pierson, and Seville. The graph includes all housing types and shows that the number of units has been consistently dropping for the last five years. As inventory (supply) continues to decline and the number of buyers (demand) continues to increase, we are quickly seeing a shift in the market.</p>
<p>From a peek of almost 4,500 properties for sale in 2007, the market is now down to fewer than 1,500! This graph shows the <a href="http://adamscameron.com/marketupdates/?p=2879">change</a>.</p>
